If you're white or non black then it's ok to snitch only if you're snitching on a black person. It's not okay to snitch on other white or nom black people.

If you're black it's never okay to snitch. Example:
When 69 snitched on 9trey thecoli rooting for him because they said 9trey kidnapped and robbed him and fcked his babymama.

Then when asked if it would be okay for chief keef and tadoe to snitch on 69 since 69 fcked chief keef babymama and put a hit on tadoe and paid somebody to shoot at chief keef. They said no. Snitching ain't cool. Chief keef would be a bytch if he snitched and got 69 sentenced to 47 years.

So according to thecoli if you black it's never okay to snitch but if you're non black snitching is cool

A “snitch” is someone who is complicit in committing crimes with others and then when everyone gets caught, that person decides to come forth with the story and tell on everyone else

Seeing a Rottweiler off leash and calling your property management isn’t snitching.

That's what snitching SHOULD mean but if you in the hood no matter how straightlaced you are you're expected to keep your mouth shut for your own safety, talk and you will be considered a snitch. Some nikkas are so entitled THEY can do something to make you the victim and you're still not supposed to say anything. My nephew was once branded a snitch because he reported his iPhone stolen to his school's principal, they tracked it and found it in the thief's locker. That kid tried to harass my nephew on him being a snitch and wanted to jump him until my brother got involved.

I agree, stop snitching jumped the shark a long time ago. If you're not in the streets, not complicit, or it's largely a victimless crime you're reporting on then you're not a snitch. Snitching is one of those things everyone hates until we need answers. I remember I was watching The First 48 with this cat who friend got killed trying to protect his chain and dude ain't say nothing, his boy got killed over a necklace and his civilian ass ain't gonna get revenge in the streets the least he could do if tell who killed him.
