i was 14 and watching this shyt on the news, in Mississippi not knowing if my mama, daddy, aunts or uncles was dead, me and my grandmother had left a couple days before and no phones worked, and the lights was off for bout to 2 days, so when they finally came on i turned on the tv and saw what was going on down there and saw the people had been out there for days with nothin and knew all the people i knew that stayed down, nikka damn near had a panic attack, smh i just knew everybody down there was going to die

That was a classic moment in Hip Hop and Bush responded years later expressing butt hurt but Kanye took the venom out of that classic moment when he apologized to George Bush. He shouldn't have apologized because Bush's history warrented such a response, plus Bush used Kanye to deflect from all the other criticism he got while in the presidents seat....Bush did the okey doke. I refuse to believe that Kanyes statement was the worse critisism he remembered during his 8 years....A man like Bush isn;t supposed to even acknowledge someone like Kanye so when Bush did acknowledge Kanye...Kanye had the advantage but lost that advantage when he apologized.

I know, I was really pissed when he let that bytch ass cac coerce him into making an apology. He should have stood his ground.
