I looked at Barclay today and they said its only for ukcredit one is the worst. anyway. not all lenders give increases. I used to have a Best Buy Mastercard with 300 limit. let my daughters use it. paid it in full every month for about 3 years and they denied increase every time, meanwhile I had AMEX, Barclays, Chase accounts with 10-15k limits. read about many others who had same issue with that card. one of the worst cards I ever had.
I had a 7k limit with best buy before I closed. Citi doesn’t grant increases to people who have too much credit out there. Your a risk so maybe that’s what it is. Either you had too much open credit or too close to your max on other credit cardscredit one is the worst. anyway. not all lenders give increases. I only asked for one. Went from 3000 to 7000. I cancelled because Best Buy customer service is the worse when it comes to products and their rewards are only for Best Buy purchases.how many increases did you get tho? like I said, you can google it and see how many people had issue with them and I had when was Synchrony and Citi. I knew people that had 5k and 7k limits too. most people that started with a limit never got an increase regardless of the amount. I also had two other Citi accounts and they had no problem with increases. and this isnt just Best Buy, just letting the OP know that not every lender gives increases...which you just attested to by referencing Citi. AMEX, CapOne, Barclays were all pretty easy to work with as far as increase. also could be OP profile which I wasnt going that deep. just making a simple observation.

I think every airline has their own CC partners. You just need to decide which airline you prefer. How's Discover and Amex?

Glad Capital One approved me today
If you get offers for those cheap banks rip them up
Merrick, Orchard, Credit One, First Premier, all trash!Credit one
Capital one will let you eat
Like ppl said before just start living through your card (but don't overspend) and keep paying it off. In my experience Cap1 will auto raise your limit every 3-6 months with no hard credit pull.
