When talking to a girl, how soon do you ask if she has a BF?

Asking if she's single is not necessarily the same thing as wanting to be her man. She might know that you're interested and that you're attracted, and won't mention a boyfriend just because she enjoys the attention she's getting and she's getting a self-esteem boost knowing she could have you any time she wants. You also risk having her tell you she's interested, getting together with her and then having her man walk in on you two.

if you're talking to a woman, she's not stupid. She knows you AT LEAST want to be friends, DEFINITELY more if you had the choice.
Men and women aren't "friends" like that unless you're in grad school and you're studying together and have no connections like that socially.
Don't be naive.
That doesn't mean you have to be oblivious to her dropping hints either. She might allude to it, but you can't front on some "well you didn't EXPLICITLY" say XYZ.
hell, a lot of girls will drop that shyt as a subtle comment just to mark their territory.
Just play it smart...but going over and above for just to see "where you stand" is bullshyt.
Asking all that "so you seeing anyone?" makes you look more insecure more often than not...cause at that point, you gotta deliver and she will be expecting more from you...and if she shuts you down, then it gets all awkward cause you friend-zoned yourself.
If you play it from the ambiguous angle, you have less to be responsible for so if shes truly with it, then she'll naturally go along with it...and if she's not, she'll tell you.
Sure. But don't just ASK that outright. Thats just socially retarded. Being direct isn't always the best way to get what you want.
This isn't like handling relationship problems. Its about easing into a relationship.
