When we talk about Jays greatness we never really bring up Vol 2.

Reasonable Doubt, The Blueprint, The Black Album, American Gangster, Watch The Throne. Those are the Hov standards. Vol 2 gets left off but that's prolly his most iconic album. and the Annie joint his most iconic song and video.

Listening to the annie joint again the writing and flow on that is effortless.

Money cash hoes, nikka what nikka, a week ago, which are the other perfect songs on vol 2. No other joints on there approach the greatness of those 4 songs. But they still solid songs like it's alright, can I get a, reservoir dogs, it's like that.

I know pop you can't stand us, cause you cock them hammers
Run in your crib, no prisoners, pop your grandma
Locked in the slammer?
Nope, popped up in Atlanta
Crossed up in a drop, popped up the antenna
Whoa..
watch your manners, when my veins pop like scanners
Like raindrops, you hear the thunder when I cock the cannon
Big thang, big chains, ain't shyt changed
Get brain in the four dot six Range
shyt mane, switch lanes
every town I hit, switch planes, bytch flip big 'caine
Flow with no cut, you take it in vain/vein to the brain
Mawfukka is noddin and throwin up,
you know that
You don't wanna owe that man
He'll hit you, get the picture? Kodak man
Gotta, love for war, I don't floss no more
I just sit on my money til I'm above the law
How the fukk you gonna stop us with your measly asses
We don't stop at the tolls we got EZ passes, nikka
Multiple cars and divas with D-classes
Iceberg sweat with I.B. on the elastic, BIATCH!!!
- Jay Z (Reservoir Dogs)

Hov was SPITTIN on Reservoir Dogs :banderas:

The Coli is fully of swagless lames who aren't music fans.

Vol 2 changed everything for Jay. and anyone who was around at that time witnessed it. I'm sure my stalkers will run in here rambling some inconsistent space shyt but let's just say "Can I Get A" made me a Jay fan when I was lukewarm on him prior.

I heard how dope Vol 2 was for the first time this morning :troll:
stalker desperation :mjlol:

AG is a terrible album. I've only seen it get mentioned on The Coli. Nobody really plays that album in comparison to the albums that made Jay-Z great in the first place.
I never really got how it was any better than kingdom come. Good hustle the way he rolled it out,but it ain't shyt
