When will we admit that Deron Williams was better than Cp3?

08 CP3 was crazy, but 09 and 10 Deron was better. In the playoffs Deron kept running into the Lakers but they played us tough all three years (08,09,10). Even in 10 when we swept the Jazz every game was close. Hornets lost 121-63 to the Nuggets

Overall CP3 takes it, Deron fell the fukk off and Chris upgraded the Clippers whole franchise

Korver wasn’t anything special. Just a shooter off the bench. West and Boozer were basically the same level if take into account how poor a defender Boozer was. I’d rather have Chandler than Okur. Peja was just as washed up as Kirilenko.

Nothing about CP3’s crash out as a 40 year old retroactively makes Deron better than him… a Deron who crashed out and was out the league at 32.

Yes it was a “conversation” in the late 2000s…

…conversation, as in CP3 was finishing top 3 in mvp, top 5 in mvp, all nba 1st teams, all defensive 1st teams…. and Deron wasn’t, just living off that lone WCFs run as a rookie.

I love Deron Williams but I dont see how alot of people can be considered better than Cp3 when he's been consistent since day 1

I can see that he's a piece of shyt and people dont like him, but that doesnt stop him from being a fearless leader, amazing vision/IQ with money midrange game. AND he would get dirty when he needed to. I'll take cp3 on my side any day of the week.
