I remember this video from a while back. Wild shyt. When you see shyt like that, you give the person a heads up. You never want to see anyone else get hurt. While you don't need to play personal trainer (especially if you aren't qualified), it doesn't hurt to take 30 seconds to tell someone that they're doing it wrong and should probably see a floor trainer.

What's wrong with the Bench press?
Nothing, it's a great exercise. It's just an over used exercise, some people spend so much time on it that they can bench more than they can squat or deadlift and walk about like pigeons with their chest pushed out. The other exercise these people do is curls, lots of curls and usually have no tricep development bar what is gained from their bench press.

I agree. I thought there was a new line of thought about bench. I do agree that the bench guys should also try the military press. That's some impressive sh*t breh. I'm glad I started to add that.

Well, I would talk to the person. But I don't go to a Crossfit gym. It wouldn't surprise me if only 1 to 2 people knew how to properly execute a clean and jerk. That is a complex movement, which the Soviets got down to a science.

1. I have no idea why they are starting the clean with a deadlift grip. :why:
2. Most people had difficulty performing just the clean. Form is way off. It's like start with a lower weight if you can't clean it in one movement. :why:
3. This is the main reason why I would talk to the person. They need to learn how to properly drop a barbell so they don't hurt themselves or anyone else, like me. :why:

Crossfit is good, but it's obvious clowns are operating that business. The 'clean and jerk' is one of many exercises of the Crossfit program. It takes awhile to learn the clean and jerk.
