Now let me preface this first by saying, this isn't some half-assed attempt at persuading people to think that Kendrick Lamar or J. Cole are better fits or "real hip-hop" but just to display the obvious fallacies they make for stanning their mediocre pleb-tier club music.

But I'm just curious.

If you're not suppose to be listening to Future for the lyrics, but just to turn up, then what exactly makes him a Top artist? Because isn't he just kinda like those host DJ's that were all over mixtapes in the late 00's? Worthless to the overall sonic production?

Shouldn't the producers behind DS2 be the main ones at the forefront and not him?

I mean when you think about it, Gucci Mane, 2 Chains, Wakka, Soulja Boy, Fetty Wop, Drake and to an extent Chief Keef have a few quoteables, a style that actually add SOMETHING to the music.

But Future just spouts memes all day about fukking up commas...but it's just not there. Like he's forcing it you know?
