This.

Only thing I'd change from your post is he's in my top 5 solidly as a producer.

Maybe even top 3.

As far as emcees, I agree.

The only reason he isn't higher is because he doesn't have any black out verses.

He used his voice as an instrument to fit the mood of the beats and concentrated more on his tone, flow, and word play over being a straight up lyrical beast.
THANK YOU. :blessed::gucci:

Yes sir, please explain in intricate details how Q Tip was never on the level of stardom as Kendrick. Explain how Kendrick was and always will be the bigger rap star over Q Tip.

:sas1:
I gotta better idea, explain, how he is as big as Kendrick. When was tip ever a top hip hop artist.?

@tuckdog doing Lord’s work in here

I find Kamaal so commanding on the mic. And he always says a lot lyrically and knows how to deliver lines. He has darts, from the Blue Girl to the God Lives Through to the Got Til It’s Gone

His verse in Sucka nikka is a page in this book of ours

He blacked out on Dance On Glass I’d say

and

Messing me up my whole head
Teasing me, just like Tisha did Martin ...
one of my favourite opening lines

Life is better, just press play.

This shows the epitome of the Hip Hop architect.... God level talent in regards to Hip Hop music and culture, and nikkas is really in here calling the nikka that influenced every nikka that influenced the nikka that influenced their favorite artist top 100. :scust:

I'm really going to have to start looking for another forum to chill in....

Me personally no. But its also age range to an extent. We were old enough to see the Native Tongues movement and stuff like that in real time but if you ask someone say under 30 and artists in those age ranges I could see them putting Charles in the top 10 especially when there was a time where every aspiring beat maker was trying to bite his style on soundcloud etc.

Can't give him credit for this, he jacked it from Black Spade.
