The thing with Q Tip is that he's the epitome of a producer rapping to rap. Meaning, he's straight but I prefer the beats over the rhymes. It's like Madlib being in the top 5, but rap wise being in the top 50 because
eh...unless he brings Lord Quas to the mix which is an automatic top 20
