because contrary to popular belief the basketball HOF isn't some super exclusive club for all time greats. This is not the NFL, plenty of guys have and will continue to get in that led strong college careers, have international accolades, championships and for a stretch of time in the NBA were marquee players

In Green's case at the age of 27 he's already been a major contributor to one of the most dominant teams in league history. A team that has been top five in defense for four straight seasons in large part because of him and actually improved this season despite losing Bogut & KD for a long stretch of time, is about to win DPOY according to early vote results after finishing second two previous years and has made back to back All-NBA teams, has an Olympic gold medal, a good college career where he won NABC & Big 10 Player of the Year leading a Spartans team that was unranked in the preseason to the sweet 16, has made the All-NBA team consecutive years and is generally lauded league wide for his versatility.

Klay wasn't known as no great defender prior to Dray being on the floor with him, GS literally had 1 nikka who could defend thru their 2015 championship run.
