I’ll take him in Detroit

Jackson, Maker, Galloway, Sekou fir Westbrook

It works on trade machine :yeshrug:
Get three expirings and another young prospect. Pistons go all in with Westbrook, Blake, and Drummond.

Takes homer glasses off

But probably some desperate team looking for a star like the Knicks or Heat

Who would be more of an albatross? Russ contract now, or Drummond's upcoming contract?

Pistons MIGHT be in a position to swallow a poison pill. Can we really absorb Blake, Westbrook, AND Drummond? Or just two of the three?

My nikka don't be obtuse. Those are TEAMS. The argument is that WB isn't a PLAYER you can win with. I asked who the players are that you CAN win with NOT named Lebron, Kawhi, or the 73-win Warriors (Steph is the "best" player on that team with no FMVPs).

If you mean win it all then yes there are only a handful of players you can win with. But Russ has played with one of those guys in KD. And based on his contract and the numbers he puts up OKC should be a contender every year.

fukk Chris Paul over and reunite Russ and harden in Houston
Send him to the Miami so him and butler can fight everybody in the east
This is the first thing that came to mind for me as well... CP3 for Westbrook would be good for the culture and for fukkery purposes only

Danny Green, KCP, and picks or Kuzma for Russ

I kind of think OKC keeps him, although I agree they should trade him.

I personally think OKC is okay with being a "playoff/1st round exit" treadmill team, because they still sell out. This is a business after all. A product that can put fans in the seats is important. Yeah they aren't a championship caliber team, but most teams aren't anyway.

There would be a lot empty seats if they did a rebuild. They might just keep the treadmill going like they've BEEN doing for YEARS.
