To be honest, for an act like Rick Ross...fukk buzz...what is this, his 6th or 7th album? Dude has his fanbase already established...labels fukk IMO pushing back albums over and over again searching for a hit single, when sometimes there's no point...Ross is a fleshed out artist at this stage, he's pretty much gonna do what he's gonna do sales wise regardless...he'll do his 150k-200k first week or whatever and creep towards gold and some change like he's been doing for years now

Teflon Don was sold off of B.M.F. which was a mixtape track that was released months earlier ...People forget that nobody was checking for Super High as a single....Ross hasn't really had a buzzing retail single leading up to an album release since Port of Miami..

Dudes like French have had smash singles and buzz leading up to their album and flopped because they didn't have a core audience...

It's not a perfect science.. We'll see

Who cares as long as he dropping dope music? Rozay has a great work ethic, is entertaining, drops consistent good music, gives lots of music away for free. Why make this thread hoping he flops? We don't have many hip hop artist as is so why judge him based on what a bunch of cats sitting in front of a computer have to say about him.
