Came in just to post this. These players know what they sign up for and it's usually the prima donnas who go full anyway. As long as the fundamentals are still being taught and the coach is just as intense in giving you credit for consistent performance, this kind of motivation is acceptable.

Besides, people forget the other team's gonna say even worse to you in the course of the game, especially if they got you beat.
