Heard from multiple people, even some employers. One even told me "think about it, you think a white or asian not gonna put that in there especially when they the ones getting called back the most"

My advice, just check black and if they call you, they call you. You wouldn't wanna work for a place that wouldn't hire you for that reason anyway. Good luck

2.) My interview game is superb. Managed to luck into a job that can turn into a career off the strength of a recommendation(VERY important) and a stellar interview.
