Def lose fat. For me I've found that gaining muscle is easy as hell coming out of a fat loss stage.
Plus you are at a body fat point where you can def make muscle gains while cutting down.

First, clean off your fukking dresser
Second, just lift until you find what works for your body. Then do that. Start with something like StrongLifts or Starting Strenght.
Third, eat better, a little at a time. Don’t try to jump all in at once.

I'd schedule some time every day to do cardio.... for me that's the key to fat loss
