I agree if u move from where u were born at a younger age that makes u from multiple places but the nikka was 17 by the time he got to Cali, be serious now

Prior to that Quad shooting most of Pac's entourage was NY/NJ nikkaz, that was a NY nikka who starred in Juice, wasn't shyt west coast about Pac till after

The media portrayed Pac as a west coast nikka, he himself made it clear he was from out east and just felt more Loved out west so he showed that Love back

And when people did think Pac was from the west they thought he was from LA it wasn't until years after his death that people even knew he had history in the Bay

Far as Luda and Premiere go, they from wherever they spent most of their childhood, if they left their birthplace at a fairly early age then they're from both places
