Speaking of which I got that anabolic ;protein but that shyt cost 70 a pop will i get bout the same result if I just go and buy some whey protein bc its much cheaper

Everyone has his own point of view regarding this and own physique gesture.Usually, it upsets my stomach if I take it right after b/c then I eat about an hour and it just doesnt settle well. I'm gonna start doing it before bed or early in the morning
