It's a good question, OP.

I have no idea how you would determine that. Though All Eyez on Me should be on this list. Foreigners love 2pac that's for sure.

Thug life volume past straight ballin as a single record is not a classic.

A few of the records featured may not be considered perfect classics or perfect albums..
Yet past the pac record those records are regarded as classics.
Plus, out of some of the albums listed.
They have an exact case to be regarded as perfectly classic records.

Greatest long term drawing in its original sales envelope perfect classic in ALL of rap history.
Bizarre drew from oct91, to 1995 in its first sales envelope.
No rap album rocked as hard as this or as long, in rap history.
Plus, it can be said it is arguably contains the two most prolific girl rich content songs in rap history and arguably the most brilliantly put together and executed rap album in history.

Only record arguably better from a zany crew is digital underground as far as longest drawing sales envelope for an album with two groundbreaking legendary singles.
Plus, this album also featured the first sought after imported different cover twelve inch vinyl with escalating high profit returns and profits as a collector.
If you had yo mama the original import single with the alternative cover in 93.
You had a gold mine.

you f'd up OP...global = THE WHOLE WORLD, national = USA

anyway, worldwide classics out of those? maaaaaaybe We Can't Be Stopped and The Infamous, but that's pretty much classics for hip hop fans...for music fans worldwide (broader scale) hip hop classics are stuff like No Way Out, The Score, All Eyez On Me, Life After Death, Vol. 2 Hard Knock Life etc

Around the world currently there are more knowledgeable cultural people in abundance in large volume than the us, right now.

The us is behind as far as the culture is concerned and aiding in singlehandedly destroying the small bit left.

The former best hip hop mag was from the UK and cost twelve dollars at one point on us soil.
So, trying to deflect about the world being ignorant to the culture of hip hop is from someone out of touch with the culture.

You think anybody in America knows who the score or any of pac's actual hits are.
Let alone what hip hop is at all,....
Hip hop don't generally live here like internationally, breh.

Internationally there are more real bboys/bgirls in volume.
than in all of America and that used to not be true at all.

There is no active hip hop anything in America like that past parody rap marketing ads, breh.
Internationally, it is white cats who are elderly in hip hop apparel and love it and not by accident.
Unlike, the America fiend, who got some brands out the trash.

Art Barr

Only thing going on in America is like bootyshake music parties and that shyt ain't got nuffin to do with hip hop.
I don't care how many rappers the shyt got on it, or say they can rap.

Hip hop is dead here, breh...
Like for real and in the south,...
I can honestly say I don't think it ever had any real actual movement here at all.
If it did, it can not tell at all, period.
Maybe someone who lives in the south for a long time can tell me of where they had a real cultural experience In actual hip hop.
Not just some luke and stolen DJ uneek production style beats playing in the back.

When will nikkaz into being rap fans get it.
You may not be a bboy, breh.
You just like rap music but you not into the actual culture of hip hop.
America is not into hip hop like that.
It was just expert marketing from Leo Burnett from 96-2006, used effectively.

Art Barr

A whole horde of you rap fans, are just fukk'n fans...
You are not actually into and not a part of hip hop.
