Depends on the woman tbh.
Average woman probably doesn't want The Rock full-time because that kind of breh eats, drinks and sleeps fitness between the hours in the gym, meal prep etc.
Women (I think) want a man in decent shape but not so much that they feel bad about themselves. What that means varies from woman to woman.
