Being from Queens this was a tough call. IMO, Brooklyn has bred the "best NYC rappers", but Queens has a lot more top tier rappers and we have been the most impactful borough by far. Just look at Run DMC, LL, Nas, SaltnPepa and the first legendary crew in hip hop, the Juice Crew. Surprising that the BX has no votes yet.
