Compound movements in low rep ranges. shyt was hell on my joints. I started by dropping deads, and then squats and my big upper 3 followed (bench, shoulder press, DB rows). I was finding myself approaching dead day and heavy bench day with dread. Now it aint a thang. I still do all those movements, just in the 8-10 rep range instead of 4-6 and 8-10.

Why are you guys bushing deadlifts? I just started doing them and really like them. I can almost feel them correcting my posture

I've thrown away pretty much all machine movements (leg press, curls, back extensions, rows).

All my Lifts are either compound lifts or done with dumbell/barbells.

Only machines I use are the elliptical, C2 Rower, Treadmill, Ladder Climber.
