it's about tact as well. It's hard to take overly emotional and reactionary people seriously. Right or Wrong someone flying off like a lose cannon and lound about an issue I tune people out.

and once again Kobe is not afraid to say how he feels. Hell, even Dan Snyder says how he feels with no remorse about his teams name in light of people disagreeing with him.

I'm sorry breh. As much as i respect both of them, Kobe and MJ are some of the most selfish mofos ever IMO. They take what they can out of it but don't do much for the black community with all their influence.
Not saying they owe us anything BTW. They worked hard to get where they are and none else was shooting in the gym with them.
But let's not act like these two haven't always separated themselves when their voices could have had an impact. I understand and respect why they do it from a business standpoint. But let's call it what it is.

If my nephew gets arrested and is on trial, it's one thing for me to pay his legal fees. But my presence in the courtroom will speak volumes.
