DO OR DIE
Gym memberships, plastic surgery, dentists, make up, shape wear, weave and the health food industry. Most women would be looking like the majority of the female Mexican population.

Wouldn't most of these industries still be intact if not increased? Loving what God gave means having a deeper appreciation for the proper reason not disregarding it. Women would go to the gym to maintain their temple just not for vanity sake or for men anymore. Cosmetic dentistry would suffer. Health food industry would just merge into regular food industry because women would only eat healthy, natural foods.

A child is born with a heart of gold, the ways of the world make a heart turn cold, friend.

This is why children go to heaven.

Do you know who said that?

Earth Wind and Fire.

Earth, Wind and Fire also had a song about Serpentine Fire, friend.

No. The phase is "love what God gave them." It means being satisfied with what you have. It doesn't have this glorious self improvement interpretation that you have assigned to it. In most places in the world where the general population don't suffer from obesity gyms are pretty much nonexistent. Meaning that gyms are an industry that strives for improvement. When there is no need to improve there are no gyms. Therefore someone who is satisfied is not going to go above and beyond. Also, most people don't eat healthy b/c of lack money, time and education not b/c of lack of self love. If everyone decided to be happy in the situation they are currently in no one is going to worry about looking good which is why the vast majority of people do things that are "healthy".

Here is an example of some who is happy with what they have...

I fixed that for you.......

I was talking about people who can afford to do things that are considered "not being happy with what you have." That was obvious but I guess you just felt the need to add nothing .

Nah....Your statement was erroneous slightly....You said in populations where there are few cases of obesity, gyms are not needed.....So obviously, you're not referring to the US.

And quite frankly, gyms are not needed in America....America is simply uber capitalist and will sell you a over processed burger and a gym membership(that you're not going to use) in the same commercial....Its not about need, its about what I can sell you....Maybe some examples of populations with no obesity issues should have been given

Is it happiness or acceptance? Only she knows for sure

You do know there are places people can afford gyms outside of the us, yes? So what does the US have to do with it? I was specifically thinking about European countries even more specifically France.

But you made my point for me. Gyms are not needed so therefore someone "happy with" what "God gave them" is not going to need them. The will be happy in there current state.

:dwillhuh:

God didn't give you a 40 inch waist line though.......Matter of fact, he gave you a meal plan and activities to follow so you wouldn't have to go through that....How you gon receive God's signals loud and clear when you can hear yourself breathing all the time......? :smh:
