No. The phase is "love what God gave them." It means being satisfied with what you have. It doesn't have this glorious self improvement interpretation that you have assigned to it. In most places in the world where the general population don't suffer from obesity gyms are pretty much nonexistent. Meaning that gyms are an industry that strives for improvement. When there is no need to improve there are no gyms. Therefore someone who is satisfied is not going to go above and beyond. Also, most people don't eat healthy b/c of lack money, time and education not b/c of lack of self love. If everyone decided to be happy in the situation they are currently in no one is going to worry about looking good which is why the vast majority of people do things that are "healthy".
