I charted 7 games of each of the top QB prospects this year to see how they fared as passers when pressure forced them to move. I disregarded designed roll outs and screens, which require movement. And disregarded run gains from pressure or losses.

Just seven games, no roll outs, and ignored run gains after...because...random forum poster decided as much?

Brown Leader states the limitations of his study:

I considered "forced off the spot" to be as basic as stepping up or to the side of actual pressure or as complete as running out of the pocket from actual pressure."

He only wanted to look at how the QBs fared as passers forced to move from a statitionary pocket position; that reasonably excludes rollouts and screens, which don't predict anything anyway. Seven games is a small sample size, but the data seems to agree with the general census that Bridgewater is the most consistently accurate QB under pressure and Manziel has the most down field plays. If you took a second to actually consider the implications, rather than dismissing the study outright, you might learn something.

I mean to watch and talk sports and do a little digging up info is cool. but going to the level that some of these "draftniks" go through is a little strange to me. We both know that if Bortles or McCarron or Manziel were deemed the best by Brown Leader and not Bridgewater this thread is never made and Brown Leader is just another internet poster.
