I don't believe anyone should stop for her, for one particular reason. She is on her phone complaining about how no one is helping her, how her child is in the car with her, and she trying to squeeze out those tears. Yet, she has a phone in her hand, she can call emergency services. She should be concerned with the wellbeing of her child after that accident, not with getting off a viral video of her crying about no strangers helping her after the accident.
The crying was fake, the concern was misplaced, and her actions in her circumstances make no sense. If the first impulse after a problem is to cry on the internet for views, instead of seeking solutions to the problem, then I have no sympathy.
