You clearly never served and thus wouldn't understand but not wanting to see death and swimming/water confidence are the biggest reason there's not more brothers in SF/SEALs/MARSOC/SpecWar, let alone the Tier 1 units.

I was actually waiting to get my degree and was thinking about coming back as a reserved officer 
Mainly to put the rest of the time in to get retirement
I get physique comments daily, so pretty sure i could handle the fitness portion or get up to speed fairly quickly for my age group
