My previous gig was within a youth residential treatment facility. 24 hours 365. There's no scaling back. Can't call in or just not work. :manny:

Nursing home. My people still need round the clock care. Bout to have some good overtime too, since people are gonna be calling out and I’m no longer obligated at my bar gig two nights a week

so when everyone is running out of funds ima be coming up :myman:

I'm in education, running enrichment programs for schools. We're fukked, and trying to migrate our curriculum online. Hopefully, schools open again before the end of the year.:mjcry:. Folks in software development, and anything not customer facing are probably the safest.

Don’t miss an opportunity breh. In light of these times, people will be looking for a way to supplement their child’s education. My kid does online learning right now and she’s done by lunch with this easy stuff. We are considering finding something else to keep her ready for middle school next year since we want her to stay in the gifted program. If you’re able to transition to online services, your service could end up being in high demand for kids parents who actually care about their children’s success. Your services are probably MORE necessary now than before. You just have to sell the idea.

For my warehouse/forklift brehs get a job at a food/freezer job my cousin just got laid off at ford and has a job making 18.50 a hour at a cold storage I know to the coli ballers that’s not enough but it’s good enough to feed your family and survive
18.50 in this current job market is a come up. I just left logistics operations at a big name distribution center to work in the paper industry. These trucks at these DC's are moving and these products are jumping out the gym. I would encourage all my Coli folks looking for employment (especially those with warehouse/forklift experience) to find a distribution center, apply and get yourself an interview. Most DC's are paying 16-19 an hour with all the OT you want.
