I wanted Sega cuz of sonic. Back then who knew about the games libraries? Unless you were older back then.
I had so many games I wouldn't notice; from sonic, batman, spiderman, aladdin, comic zone, shaq, ren & stimpy, mad shyt, so I never got bored.

And my boys had Sega, so I got Sega.

:mjlol: that sneak diss at SNES players...touche'

I always thought the super nintendo was considered to be the superior machine overall...better games, graphics, more stable system :manny:

The only issue with the Snes was the processor which the Genesis blows away. For instance: WWF Wrestlemania the Arcade Game was superior on the Genesis compared to the Snes due to the fact that it was able to have 8 of the wrestlers instead of 6 (Snes version), and having tag matches instead of handicap matches (Snes version). Plus the sports games were better on the Genesis compared to the sluggish Snes. I tried to play Madden 97 on the SNES and it just felt awkward compared to Sega.
