But here’s the thing. Whites don’t have a lack of comprehension. They already know everything he said in that video clip. They just don’t give a fukk.
They know more about racism than anyone on this planet. They created it and spend most of their lives trying to maintain it.
They are few and far between, but they exist, and are needed. We need friends on the inside. I know it sounds cynical, but I don't think we've had serious high uo allies since the Radical Republicans. Thaddeus Stevens was a real one.

I stopped explaining things to them because I realized they already knew, and they were just trying to get me to put up with the blatant disrespect.
Black people continuously think they don’t get it, and waste their time and emotions having these conversations, debates, articles, as if white people really want an even playing field. The only reason they complain about affirmative action is they know they would never hire us for any decent position no matter how brilliant we are. It doesn’t exist because we’re not good enough, it began to help us catch up, and it exist today because they can’t be trusted to hire anyone but themselves.

I've come across some "conscious" white people and it just feels very disingenuous/phony.
Ya know like when white managers hire one or two black people, not because they truly wanted too but cause the government will be (or is) on their ass.
It's that kind of disingenuous vibe I'm talking about, plus you gotta be careful cause ya don't know who's an agent secretly infiltrating, going back telling everything that's been said.

we can have allies. we also can be very picky with who we trust and how much we trust them. and that goes for everyone cause best believe there a lot if people who look like us, but ain't like us.
