The boy was unarmed. He tased him. He could've cuffed him after that. No reason to shoot him. shyt sounds like he shot him multiple times. I heard at least five shots.

The boy was hitting him in the nose and eye, so of course there is going to be a lot of blood around those areas. If you've ever been in a fight you'd know this. Doesn't matter the size of the person, if they are hitting you in those areas, either you will be dazed or knocked-out if it persists.

American police are trained to kill. When they gun down a person it's almost always the full clip that's used. Furthermore the gun was not what was used first. The thug was first tasered and yet still proceeded to assault the officer before trying to run. The officer gave him about 6 chances before bullets were fired, however the thug kept refusing to comply.
