They claimed that he had one of the women that replaced him helping with his job and that's why he was fired. But that doesn't make sense if they had to hire 2 people to do his job.

Neither of those girls can do the job alone so why was he expected to do it alone?

wow, i thought this lawsuit was doomed. usually the point of suits like this isn't to win, it's to get shyt like internal emails during discovery and have the party who's really funding the suit blackmail the company with them. but this cac went ahead and won.
