We're only focusing on this because one of the replacements was a brehette.

This could have easily been two white broads and the result is the same. Executives are not easy to fire, especially if their performance is adequate. It doesn't sound like he was a fukk up...just "replaceable."

Delegated his duties to subordinates? All execs do that shyt. Not great at communicating? We had Donald Trump as President. A lot of executives aren't that great at communicating......

The women keep their jobs and he gets paid. :yeshrug:

People aren’t going to try to hear that. Firing somebody right before a higher severance kicks in is what not to do.

Why didn’t they just keep him in his role and still hire the black lady to split up the job duties?

Probably because his replacements are doing the job for a lot less of a salary than he demanded.

They claimed that he had one of the women that replaced him helping with his job and that's why he was fired. But that doesn't make sense if they had to hire 2 people to do his job.

Neither of those girls can do the job alone so why was he expected to do it alone?

These corporate companies came under fire after a big audit back in mid 2010s
All mgmt tended to be white, they created new committies for diversity recently.

For example, Square/cashapp is most white and if you are black you have to be a homosexual. They push diversity but in reality they just tryns pass the next audit. Check off two boxes. Black and gay.

wow, i thought this lawsuit was doomed. usually the point of suits like this isn't to win, it's to get shyt like internal emails during discovery and have the party who's really funding the suit blackmail the company with them. but this cac went ahead and won. :ohhh:

he's not gonna see 10 mil tho, north carolina limits punitive damages to 250k
