People got to stop taking social media at face value. We and ole girl doesn't know what goes on behind closed doors. The economy could dip and she could be the first one to go. So many millennials and gen z gush about their job only to lose it at the first sign of trouble.

1000%. i dont care how much you love the company or what you do, it's just work. do not fall in love with these fukking companies. you are there to contribute to their bottom line. period.

and my assumption was best case scenario. there are plenty other reasons she might feel seen; i'm just communicating the factors i've seen when i've been in workplace environs that were truly productive. 99% of the time there was a prioritization of performance over politics at the executive level.
