Black people should already know how white folks get down during times of crisis (check: Katrina and the hurricane in New York). They really circle their wagons and become even more distrustful and paranoid of Black people.
A swirler or pawger won't receive any help from white folk in times of crisis. They will either watch you drown or shoot you on site.
Looking at a lot of us today, we aren't prepared for the electricity to go out. There are certain things you can do, certain things you can control. What you choose to focus your attention on is one of them.
