White Nursing instructor tells white students not to share test notes with blacks

The students say McMurray handed out a study guide for their final exam which was scheduled for December 4th. A week before she allegedly took a white student's notes and highlighted the answers for the final exam.

The students say McMurray "instructed them not to give [the notes] to the blacks or no one associated with the blacks."

One student who received the notes told KNOE they shared what McMurray had done with the black students. Following the allegations, officials from the college held an investigation and closed-door meetings with all students who had received notes.

KNOE received screen grabs of text messages from a group chat, which supposedly consisted of some white students who had received the notes. The text messages say in part:

"What are we talking to that lady about."
"I don't want to say I have any notes."

Other texts show the students worrying about protecting McMurray.

"Do we say there are no highlights from Leslie?"
"What if they ask to see them."

After the closed-door meetings, one student in the group chat sent this message in part: "We were just protecting Leslie because of what they said about her."

Just know that people are actively trying to see blacks fail. People like to act like we don't care about education or that other groups are just focusing on their shyt. Nope. People be cheating. They just talk about blacks to project this bullshyt.

You're doing too much with your comments though. Instructor is dead wrong, but no good student in that class is going to fail because she gave answer key to white students.
I can't image that the final is graded on such a steep curve that students who pass the test would get a failing grade.

At any rate...instructor should be fired asap...and perhaps be brought up on charges.

Breh are you serious?
This is exactly what would happen, especially in something like nursing classes where it's graded on a curve b/c the average raw score might be mad low like in the 50's, so the curve would bump that up to barely passing (like 70). Now imagine if the average score is in the 90s b/c all the white students scored a 100 and therefore there's no curve. Now the black student who scored a 65 w/o cheating is failing the class instead of sitting at a comfortable 85%.

even if the answers for this particular test didn't make up the whole course it clearly shows that there is a bias with the teacher and that she/he is probably doing anything in their power to see blacks fail in other aspects of the program. This is just one thing where they got booked but it shows the probable possibility that they be doing this in some other form with every test/assignment grading

I'm not surprised. PWI nursing schools work like the mob, and help white students to pass. They love when black students fail, so they can tell them they can be CNAs.
