Even if they don't really like it they know deep down it benefits them to let stuff like that slide. What must be understood about whites regardless of their views on the political spectrum is there is an unwavering fear of a black uprising in their hearts and mind. A great part of that is actually projection. They think....If there had been black people owning whites and we were never fully repaid for that hardship we would want revenge in a major way...like this literally drives white people's views on us. Look at that manifesto from that shooter in ny. It all comes down to 'blacks are out to get the poor unprotected whites'. It's bs because whites are still pretty protected from what I see. But I guess it's a case of 'I don't have 100% so it feels like I have nothing at all'.

Irrational fear is a white person's addictive poison. But it drives them and their views. I'll give it up to that Lyft driver for showing some initiative. So a fabled few here and there have the balls to actually stand up but the average white would have let that shyt slide even if it made them uncomfortable. And would have forgotten about it ten minutes after they'd dropped them off. It's a luxury they have not being black or a minority. I hate drawing parallels between racism and sexism as it’s usually done in bad faith but it’s hard not to see them here.

How many “friends” or family male members do we hear say some over the top sexist shyt? And then they play it off as “I’m just fukking with ya?” And then you find out that same guy is a rapist, domestic abuser or some other egregious shyt?

A lot of us men overlook this and don’t check that behavior, and then expect the onus to be put on women to protect themselves from men like this.

Just as we should ostracize scum bag men like that, CACs should do it too but they won’t because it’s their own friends and family that they don’t want cut out.

And funnily enough, you hear some men say “I used to be really sexist until I had my first daughter, now I see how wrong my ways were.” How is that different until “I used to hate black people until my daughter had a black baby and my son-in-law is not like the others.”

In an ideal world, both of these type of people would be checked but they won’t because the path of least resistance makes a less stressful life.
