We have asked members who hate black people to leave many times.
I grew up and went to school in Paterson NJ so I didn't grow up in some suburb...but I normally just try to not talk about a lot of the issues about race, I do feel there is way too much focus and concern but a lot of times its validated especially when it comes to the job market, people have their natural bias and it's always an uphill battle when it comes to that
the world isn't perfect but ultimately no matter what race you are if you put your best foot forward and are an upbeat positive person you will get along with everyone...even racists and they will start to question their own bias when they see how awesome you are

I'm being very serious the most effective way to combat racism is to have them question their beliefs when they realize the person they are around is not a walking stereotype but a person who's got the same drive and compassion that they do...it probably won't cure their racism and they will just categorize you as one of the good ones but other than that you can't force beliefs on people they are who they are, but you can't let that be a detriment and thankfully those that are like that are dwindling
