A benevolent dictatorship. A good person who seeks to unite the people as one nation. Advancements would get done way faster and much more efficient compared to democracy. Our schools would be better, healthcare would be better, Jobs would be better, etc.

The problem with all dictators is they take dissent lightly. Maintaining absolute control over the populace no matter the measure is the norm. Even an “enlightened dictator” will resort to violence when every other method fails to silence detractors.
