Regardless of what may have transpired previously with LaRoche, his son & the White Sox organization, Ken Williams decided to change his stance on the matter which as the Executive Vice President of the White Sox, he has every right to do, particularly when it's for the overall betterment of the entire team.

And at the end of the day LaRoche is employed by the White Sox as a baseball player & he has no control or final say over day to day operations of the White Sox or their management decisions.
