As I said in my previous posts. I've had black teachers say the same shyt without the cursing. So a white person says the same shyt it's racist?

This shyt true. I'm a betting man so I'd put anything that these kids come from a retarded ghetto hood rat who is reckless. You don't see this rant with black kids from the suburbs.

You got kids who live in the hood that hate these people to. You actually have a large segment of black inner city kids who actually want to learn in a peaceful environment. But in a 30 child classroom, you have a good 8 that will cause disruption that takes away from the other 22.

I really don't understand why people can't comprehend that nobody wants to deal with this type of behavior. Get your act together or place them in speacialized schools for troubled youths.

They really don’t… I know several teachers that make like 60k. They only work like 9 months out of the year as well. Throw in summer school, they’re close to 70k. Balling? No but definitely decent.

I remember my high school teachers always crying about being overworked, large class sizes, poor compensation

I looked up our districts salary database, most of the teachers made 100k+, especially the veteran ones

And the number one reason why this white teacher feels he can talk to these kids this way is because the parents do not be involved in the kids education. They just drop these problems off and keep it moving. And the teachers know this. If you have a strong parent presence in these schools these white teachers will chose their words more carefully.

Not for a single person in Metro Atlanta. Cut it out… You guys don’t live in the real world… That’s at least $1500 after taxes twice a month. Your rent for a 1BR in a decent part of town will be $1200. After paying utilities, insurance, car note, gas and buying groceries. If you are fiscally responsible, you should be able to save $500/month. Balling? No but definitely decent. Throw in summer school and some schools pay a little extra around testing time to stay behind for an hour or two to help students get prepared, you’re fine.

Everyone looks at IG and think they’re entitled to going to brunch and having mimosas every Saturday, buying the latest and greatest clothing, and going on a couple of vacations every year. They get themselves into debt and then complain that they don’t make enough.

What those children deal with goes far beyond what 1 teacher can fix. Those children are the byproduct of systematic failures and disenfranchisement. The real failure here is continuing to preach a message that simply going to school and getting an education in school systems that fail black children on a national level is somehow the key to navigate past this failed system.

One could also copt out with the "blame the parents" angle but unfortunately what schools did those parents attend? Likely the same one currently failing their kids.

How is the system causing them to misbehave, and not respect authority?
