The few incidents of video evidence on youtube or WSHH demonstrates @LadySimone 's point. Many white instances are swept under the rug and/or not publicized at the rate of Black instances.

and i would partially agree, but i would also look at the economic factors that directly contributes to said criminal behavior. the wealth disparity should tell you why black men are more prone to criminal behavior to obtain wealth.
