The Doctor there is more informed than any of us on the issue of drugs...he shows how the narrative of "Drugs destroyed the black community" is false and got those laws in place. Its people looking at the issue wrong that voted for those laws. Very few people actually go to prison for marijuana. Its mostly repeat offenders and people stupid enough to continue slipping after they already got a warning.

Also you need to remain low key. I do know quite a few white people that smoke weed. They keep that shyt low key. They don't walking around looking to be profiled or frisked by cops or dressing like stoners. I've smoked weed before and I never got caught because I don't dress like a hoodlum even though Im black. When I tell people I use to smoke weed, they are surprised because I don't advertise my moves like a smart dumb nikka. I don't smoke anymore but nikkas need to step their game up.



Its like trying to be a burglar while dressing like one. Most professional burglars try to keep as low as a profile as possible so they look like they belong.

Also most cops are going after dealers not small time ocassional smokers. Again if you're selling, try not to look like you deal drugs. If most small time dealers in an area are black then they are more likely to get arrested. Its not racism per say but common sense.

The difference between white people selling drugs in the burbs, and black folks in the cities is night and day.

White folks (the ones w/ sense) keep it low key, and only sell to people they know...cats in the hood have an open air market (Rocks Blows!!!), making it easy as fukk to get pinched.

I have never smoked weed.
I live in a state that's "considering" the legalization of medical marijuana.
I have a bank account.
I opened a stock trading account with sharebuilder.com many moons ago.
They charge me almost $7 per trade.
I invested literally PENNIES in marijuana stocks.
Some of those companies lost me some of my investment.
But through trial and error and homework, I've managed to turn those PENNIES into DOLLARS. MUCHO DOLLARS.
