In 2018 (last year reported), there were a total of 16,214 murders and non-negligent homicides.

That means police murders are ~.06 off all murders, and when u factor in unarmed (all races included), the # becomes lower. Do you not think that would qualify as rare

Everything you posted is a red herring. The argument was never about disproportionate rates. U couldn't wait to get your feelings involved.
