#10 Future: He's relatively new (at least as far as the mainstream goes) and in the future (no pun) could easily hold the top spot. Also, he could possibly be mentally handicapped - the diagnosis is yet to come in. Whatever may be the case, this guy obviously has no talent. No, scratch that - he has the opposite of talent. He has negative talent. He is fukking terrible.
#9 Max B: Another guy who could possibly be the black Rain Man.
A little bit more talent than Future but the praise that he gets for the trash that he has cluttered the internet with is absolutely mind boggling.
#8 Snoop (Doggy) Dogg (Lion): Was great when he first started but fell off two years into his career, turned himself into a caricature, and upped his corniness to Nick Cannon levels.
#7 Jay Electronica: The definition of average yet gets praised as if he is the second coming of Pac. What is so great about this guy?
His songs are about as unremarkable as it gets.
#6 Cam'Ron: Good rapper but not even close to breaking the Top 10. He might also hold the #1 spot for the gayest artist to fan relationship of all time. His stans rate him higher than he should be because of his "swag".
#5 Krs-One: This guy claims that he writes a list of disses every year for the top 10 rappers in the game that could end their careers at any point.
Does anybody actually believe this? This might be the most delusional guy in Hip-Hop. His flabby old school skills could not even put a dent in Nelly, let alone anybody who can actually spit.
#4 Rakim: He was a great rapper back in the day, but like I said with Krs-One, old school just isn't as good as the new school - their skills can't compete. So while he was the best of the 80's, he is not even in the top 50 as far as the 90's and the 00's go.
#3 Lupe Fiasco: Great rapper but completely up and down as far as the quality of his music is concerned. He's also a fake militant, which is annoying.
#2 Nas (Gnause) (Lawse): Man, where do I start?
First off - Nas is a good rapper. He is not wack. However, he is not great, amazing, G.O.A.T., poet, or any other ridiculous shyt his stans choose to describe him as. His voice is completely monotone and has been known to be the cure for insomnia.
His lyrics are nothing special and completely repetitive.
His so-called "classic album" might be the cause of countless suicides and many cases of depression. Whenever I think of Illmatic I also think of the color gray, black and white movies, the smell of hospitals and nursing homes, black liquorice, and rainy days. Just...eh.
#1 Eminem: No surprises here.
He was once a great MC with many classic songs like Stan, The Way I Am, Lose Yourself, '97 Bonnie and Clyde, etc. However, most of those songs are on his first two albums. He has put out countless amounts of horrible trash over the years and still gets praised for being a great rapper. The thing is - he is not great anymore. He hasn't been great, or even good, since 2002. He is no longer capable of making good music. Today, in 2013 , Eminem sucks.
