Kyle Lowry basically carried the Raptors and he is an upgrade on Kyrie Irving overall by far. Lowry's overall statistical to the Raptors on both sides of the floor over the season was nearly as high as Chris Paul's contribution. And better than Kyrie's by a good margin:

He would be the perfect fit since hes a 2 way player and can defend multiple positions. He has a desire to win which hes stated publicly.

I don't know how it would get done from the Cavs side but I think they need to get him to compete with the Warriors

I doubt PG13's ego would allow him to be the 2nd opton to LeBron James.

Even though a second option is what PG13 really should be.

Lowry has to contend with an overmatched Raptors against the teams he faces in the playoffs. But even then the Raptors are only ever in the game when Kyle plays. He's more efficient than Kyrie in most aspects which matter in winning a game:
