Who Comes First: Mom, Daughter or Wife?

My own momma would tell me to pick my wife ahead of her...so that's a given.

Daughter comes first because my wife would sacrifice herself for our kids. She wouldn't want the kids to die and would trust me to take care of them.

If we talking something not serious like vacations, shopping etc., wife comes first.

1st of all she's wrong because as soon as women have children they put the children 1st so why would a man not do the same. 2nd they're right you can find another wife. 3rd everything is situational.

Because women are wrong and I don’t have to be wrong just because she is.

You out your wife/husband first. There is no scenario where doing so will result in your child suffering more or being neglected. If you and your partner are prioritizing each other, the by product of that is a healthy environment for your child.

The flip side is NOT true because prioritizing a child before the husband can and has resulted in a neglected partnership which results in a failed household and affects the child adversely.

Just being a good husband/wife statically produces a successful family unit more often than just being a good parent.

I had to explain this to my wife for her to understand what it really means.

Even the people saying "put your spouse first because that will benefit your child!" are ironically putting the child first. If you actually listen to what they are saying, they are literally putting the child first in their reasoning for choosing the spouse first.

The baby is first. Period.

The presence of one thing doesn't necessitate the absence of another. Just because your child is put first by you and your wife, does NOT mean neglect of your spouse. Assuming or pretending that this is the case is wild. If you don't have space in your heart for both, your ass is a broken fragment of a human being and likely shouldn't have been procreating any damned way.

Depends on the relationship between the two because those 2 females will protect their own in their respective ways.

depends if you come from the right family dynamic. if you had the right mother, she would want for you to make sure your wife is good first. if you had the right wife, she would want for you to make sure your daughter is good first.

the right type of woman is selfless with her family. brehs who grew up in this family dynamic just know.

so all things being equal, in a perfect family, the order should be - daughter, wife, mother.

I was raised by a single mom too but she's always told us to put my family before her. Moms would never but me in a position where I had to choose.

However lets not act like wife is not the wild card and replacable here. Wives will leave you, 50% of the time. Children are supposed to leave you. Moms rarely, willingly leave their sons.
