They murdered your Savior just so you worship him in the afterlife.

Except his followers are just that, followers.

Took their Saviors words for granted.

The blind leading the sheep.

Music is as internal as the audience listening.

And from then to now.

All i see are stans and groupies.

Which is slowly decreasing his music's value.

Too much of a good thing can harm you.

:troll:

Pac is no different than any other emcee.

The conflicting polarities of thug life and being righteous.

If he would of remain righteous he would still be here today.

He fell just like anybody else would once the money came.

You worship a reflection of your own flaws.

Let that marinate.

:umad:

Drop A Gem On 'Em, while a good song, made for a terrible diss. The song could be about anyone with their thin attacks. Pac calls them out on their flabby and sickness :flabbynsick: and to be honest they came back weak. Pac easily won with his power and direct confrontation if you guys wanna compare.

Has Mobb Deep done any good diss tracks?

im talking the average hood cat was not listening to Mobb Deep like that.
It was only them B Boy/Hip Hop ya dont stop ass cats bumping them outside of the North East.

ill be 31 next month btw

The average hood cat probably isn't even a serious fan. The probably don't qualify as moderately knowledgeable re hip hop.

Pac did not start it,
in fact most of the East Coast/West Coast Beef,
90% of the time were started by the East Coast,
the only reason it seem otherwise,
is because West coast artists were more popular at the particular time,
and sold more than most East Coast artists,
Mobb Deep/NaS releasing,
It's Mine,
Way after Pac's death,
was cowardly.
As you can see,
even through Pac's death,
and now,
that none of the three,
can hold a flame,
to Pac's candle.

I really think its a reach to say its mine was a PAC diss. Nas has arguably surpassed PAC.

The story goes Pac heard "thug life we still living it" on "Survival of the Fittest" and felt some kinda way about it. To this day Mobb Deep maintains that that had nothing to do with Pac or Thug Life. They were just saying "we're living a thug life".

Pac, in his "fukk the world" mode, dissed them on "Hit 'Em Up". Mobb Deep responded in interviews prior to Pac dying, then on "Drop A Gem On 'Em".

A while later Mobb Deep ran into The Outlawz and it was squashed. Some versions of the story say they punked Mobb Deep, but The Outlawz as far as I know have never claimed that. They said it was a mutually respectful discussion.

Fred.

This seems right. I bet PAC dissed them because of LA LA. So if anything, Snoop started it and CNN got away without getting dissed. Trag too.

You need to give it up,
We don't give a fvck,
Thug life is mine,

Is not a blatant Pac diss?
They flipped brandy and monica,
The boy is mine chorus,
Obviously they are going for Thug Life,
Most of Nas verse was a shot a pac,
Especially the cremated maggot part.

The only thing Nas surpassed compared to Pac,
Is age,
Trust,
NaS is my 2nd favorite mc of all time,
But it is what it is.

No it's not,
It's been clearly stated that,
Pac dissed Mobb Deep,
After they released,
the survival of the fittest,
I shot ya remix,
And La, La track.

Majority of the east/west beef were started by the east coast.
Snoop said plenty of times,
New York, New York was paying homage,
Them nikkas caught feelings,
Because biggie on the radio told everyone are you guys going to let these west coast artist come here and do what they want,
Their video ended up being shot up,
Pac sent the Lawz to Mobb Deep concert in atl to let them know this thug life shyt is real,
Prodigy and other rappers get on a track making a mockery of pac called I shot ya,
Mobb deep release la, la,
Pac retaliated with hit 'em up,

Sort of correct,
Pac heard "thug life we still living it" on "Survival of the Fittest" and felt some kinda way about it.
LL Cool J released a remix of "I Shot Ya" with Keith Murray, Fat Joe, Foxxy Brown and Prodigy,
I Shot Ya was basically making an Irony of the tupac shooting in quad studios,
Snoop and DPG releases New York, New York,
Mobb Deep,
being from New York,
released La, La,
Pac being Pac,
stood my his friends,
he was a loyal,
he released Hit 'Em Up,
at the end of the day,
East Coasters caught the major feelings,
If you ask me,
Pac had any and every right to be mad and angry at whoever he wanted too,
if you ask me,
the reason why New York is not relevant right now,
is karma.

I don't think I Shot Ya was a diss to PAC.

It's certainly not blatant, if it's even a diss to begin with. Thug was an extremely common word in hip hop at that point. They had a song called Thug Muzik on that same album, was that about PAC as well?

I'd have to listen to Nas' verse again to see if I agree that he's going at Pac.

It's one thing to say that PAC is better than Nas, are you saying its not even debatable?
