Who do fans want holding the WWE title?

I think in todays era you just can't fast track someone to being the next face of the company, people have to feel like they took part in choosing him or they will reject it as being force fed corporate bs, i think with them letting him be kinda heelish he can work in that role though. I personally don't dislike him, i think people don't want to see him be the end all be all more than they don't want him to have a title run, you fix that by elevating more than one person at a time.

I'd turn AJ styles heel and pair him up with the bullet club. AJ for the belt and have it be Bullet club/new guys vs the wwe universe kind of angle. Sort of like how they did in Japan and NWO.

There is some truth to this though.
Right now, Bray or KO. I would love to see 1 of them get a good run with the title. They can both talk, they have charisma, and they can wrestle. I can't wait for that Seth Rollins babyface return tho. 
The way they've been booking Baron Corbin and with his mic skills, I can see him getting a good push next year. It's gonna be interesting to see how he develops on the main roster.
Edit- I would like to see Kofi or KO win the MITB this year. If Kofi wins it, imagine the shenanigans with the New Day trying to freebird the briefcase lol. Then if they successfully cash in, "Your W-W-E-World-Heavyweight-Champions!"
