Finally something helpful. So its cooked already. I can't I just defrost it by leaving it out of the fridge?
The reason it needs to thaw in the fridge is so the whole bird remains engulfed at temperatures inhospitable to bacteria.

Leave it out and it will be too warm at surface level. U can get very very sick.

Doesnt mean u will. Ive had people hit me with the "well i leave food out all the time, and im always fine :wtf:"

Not too long ago one of them realized it only takes one time to nearly kill u. cacette was in intensive care all night after nearly dying to a violent food borne illness after eating wings that sat out in cold water too long :whew:

Trust me bruh u do NOT wanna play with food borne illness. Its so not worth it.

Went to a friendgiving and they had the juicy turkey, when I told them that they said guess what? We bought it cooked from publix.. You just got to heat it up or whatever..
Publix has cooked whole chickens and damn near everthing else in the Get and Go sectors..Sushi, chicken breasts, hot wings, mixed chicken 8 pieces, wedges, alot of different assortment of cheeses...fruit salads....salads....smoothies..etc

I thought it was cooked too. Good to know for the future. I wanted to get one but my mama said they already got a turkey. I'm scared of how bad it might be. My sister and bro in law are divorcing so this is gonna be the first year without him frying one up :mjcry:

fukk him I want that damn turkey

You could have bought your own deep fryer and fried your own turkey

I fry multiple turkeys every year
